We are looking for a skilled Frappe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, customizing, and maintaining applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. You will work closely with our business and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Design, implement, and maintain Doctypes, APIs, reports, and dashboards.
• Write and optimize server-side (Python) and client-side (JS/React/Vue) scripts.
• Integrate Frappe apps with third-party services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of existing systems.
• Work with version control systems (Git) and follow agile development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, project managers, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Stay updated with new features in Frappe/ERPNext and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Frappe Framework (mandatory).
• Strong skills in Python, JavaScript (ES6+), and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext (custom apps, workflows, reports).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Frappe UI).
• Knowledge of REST API integration.
• Experience with bench, site management, and deployment.
• Understanding of Docker, Linux servers, and Nginx is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on development with Frappe/ERPNext.
• Experience in customizing ERP modules (Accounts, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Contribution to Frappe or ERPNext open-source community.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).
