Responsibilities
- Design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly web pages that meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their web design needs and specifications.
- Ensure all web projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Perform routine website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot website performance issues, providing effective solutions.
- Implement responsive design to ensure website compatibility across various devices.
- Stay informed on the latest web design trends and technologies for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and user guidance to resolve client queries and problems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on website processes and client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall website functionality and performance.
- Work with developers and other IT staff to configure web hosting and security features.
- Assist clients in developing their brand identity through innovative web design solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer and Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and technical support achievements.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
