Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT while contributing to real-world projects.

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users
• Support the maintenance and updating of company databases
• Collaborate with the IT team on network administration tasks
• Participate in the development and testing of software applications
• Help maintain and update company websites and internal portals
• Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures
• Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Participate in IT-related research and data analysis projects
• Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
• Assist in providing technical support to staff members as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• A student or a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with database management systems
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Must be able to work on-site in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
