Role Scope

The Project Manager owns the delivery of large and enterprise-level implementations, taking full accountability for outcomes across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and requirements. This role serves as the customer’s trusted advisor, guiding them through discovery, requirement translation, and solution adoption to ensure business value is realized. Every Project Manager works with dedicated Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators, with direct responsibility for managing, developing, and growing these team members.

  • Strengthens Yomly’s delivery capability by coaching, developing, and growing PCs/SPCs into stronger contributors.
  • Provides leadership visibility into systemic risks, delivery performance, and portfolio health.
  • Anticipates blockers and delays, acting proactively to manage internal resources and client expectations to minimize impact.



Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

  • Lead full lifecycle of implementation projects with accountability for outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and measurable adoption.
  • Translate customer requirements into design and delivery actions, guiding stakeholders toward practical and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure solution readiness by overseeing migration plans, testing cycles, and validation checkpoints to guarantee stability before go-live.
  • Delegate execution tasks to PCs/SPCs while maintaining accountability for overall quality and client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate risks and implement proactive mitigation plans across scope, resources, and dependencies.
  • Identify inefficiencies in delivery processes and embed improvements, automation, and best practices across projects.
  • Define adoption criteria with customers and integrate measurable success metrics into project tracking.


Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as the trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, supporting decision-making with consultative insight.
  • Lead structured governance forums (status reviews, steering committees, decision checkpoints) with customers.
  • Manage, coach, and develop assigned PCs/SPCs, ensuring quality of execution, communication, and escalation.
  • Partner with Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, and Service Desk teams to resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
  • Provide leadership with transparent updates on delivery risks, performance, and recommended interventions.


Team Building & Strategic Enablement

  • Directly manage and develop at least two Project Coordinators/Senior Project Coordinators through structured coaching, performance feedback, and clear career progression pathways.
  • Embed lessons learned from projects into Yomly’s delivery playbooks, templates, and frameworks.
  • Model accountability, ownership, and customer leadership for the PM team.
  • Drive continuous improvement by piloting and scaling new delivery methodologies, automation initiatives, and tools.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and retrospectives to strengthen execution standards across the team.
  • Align delivery practices with cross-functional partners to improve consistency and scalability.



Required Experience & Skills

  • 6–9 years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise implementations.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-country, high-complexity projects with >500 users.
  • Advantage of having a strong knowledge of HR in MENA or global markets.
  • Proven ability to take a client’s business needs and translate them into clear technical actions within the organization.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports (Project Coordinators/SPCs).
  • Skilled in risk management, process improvement, and adoption planning.
  • Familiarity with project management software (Zoho Projects, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
