About The Team

The Finance team under Enterprise Efficiency team is dedicated to enhancing global financial operations and supporting business growth through the development and optimization of enterprise-level back-office platforms. Our products encompass core financial processes, including invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting. Job Description

• Collaborate with finance teams across headquarters and global markets to understand local financial workflows and pain points; analyze business requirements, continuously optimize existing systems, and drive the implementation of new systems from 0 to 1;
• Work closely with core business systems to support diverse receivables processes, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation, providing standardized financial services such as the Global Invoice Hub and Global Accounts Receivable Platform;
• Partner with internal systems to understand different business scenarios, delivering standardized solutions such as the Payment Application Platform and Accounts Payable Management Platform;
• Plan financial system development to improve payment efficiency, promote business-finance integration and productization, and build reporting systems to support financial and managerial decision-making;
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and overall project progress, coordinating with global business and finance teams, as well as designers, developers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Internet;
• Experience in building enterprise back-office systems or with financial/fintech systems in Internet companies is a plus;
• Strong logical and structured thinking skills, with an understanding of interaction design;
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) and cross-functional collaboration skills is preferred;
• Highly self-driven, proactive, and a strong team player.
