What You’ll Do
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, setting up accounts, provisioning devices, and ensuring smooth access to all company systems.
- Manage lease turnover and hardware refreshes, including coordinating device replacements, migrating user data, and returning equipment to the leasing company.
- Provide IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, switches, and routers).
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other office technology.
- Administer identity and access management systems (SSO/SCIM) to ensure secure authentication and provisioning.
- Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.) and Apple devices via Jamf for deployment and management.
- Maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
- Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and functional.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices to protect company data.
- Document IT processes, create employee guides, and provide training to optimize technology usage.
- Collaborate with company leadership and staff to anticipate IT needs and continuously improve workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience, including experience troubleshooting basic network issues.
- Extensive macOS expertise.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SSO / SCIM (OneLogin, Okta, Azure AD, or similar)
- Google Workspace administration
- Jamf
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware refresh workflows, including data migration and shipping logistics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
