Job Title: Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Insights

Summary

This is a hands-on role within the Finance team, working directly with high-volume transactional data. The analyst will be responsible for pulling, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to provide clear insights that support financial and operational decisions. Success in this role means not only building accurate reports and dashboards but also explaining what the data means and how it should guide business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and structure data.
• Analyze large-scale transactional data to identify trends, cost drivers, revenue opportunities, and margin impacts.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to Finance and cross-functional leadership.
• Support pricing, budgeting, and customer segmentation initiatives with data-driven analysis.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Snowflake; strong SQL required.
• Financial acumen, with the ability to connect data to business impact and ROI.
• Extensive hands-on experience working with high-volume transactional data in complex industries.
• Background in telecommunications is highly valued; experience in industries such as e-commerce, finance, or logistics also strongly considered.
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to interpret data beyond surface-level reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience with Python or R for deeper analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with data modeling.
• Understanding of telecom or e-commerce performance metrics.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually. This position may be filled at different levels of seniority, and compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, and scope of responsibility within that range.
