Job Description

Temenos T24 Implementation & Customization: Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of T24 Core Banking System to meet business requirements.

Solution Architecture & System Integration: Design and implement T24 integrations with third-party banking applications, payment gateways, regulatory platforms, and cloud services.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve T24-related issues, including performance tuning, database optimization, and system enhancements.

Upgrades & Migration: Manage T24 upgrades, data migration, and system enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations.

Digital Banking Transformation: Support the integration of digital banking solutions, Open Banking APIs, and cloud-based financial services.

Regulatory Compliance & Security: Ensure all technical solutions comply with banking regulations (Basel III, PCI-DSS, SWIFT, AML/KYC, ISO 20022, GDPR, etc.) and implement security best practices.

Data Management & Reporting: Optimize T24 data structures and reporting frameworks to enhance banking analytics and decision-making.

Documentation & Training: Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and best practice guidelines for system users and IT teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in the banking sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar are a plus.

Experience in T24 upgrade projects, cloud-based deployments, and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of AI, blockchain, and fintech innovations in banking.

Hands-on experience in T24 core modules, AA (Arrangement Architecture), TAFJ, TAF3, IRIS, OFS, and Data Migration

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for banking applications.
