Responsibilities:
• Participating in HR processes related to talent management (onboarding/offboarding, probation period completion, 1:1 meetings, Exit interviews, etc.).
• Working on employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Supporting and maintaining corporate culture.
• Maintaining the HRM system.
• Contributing to the support of internal and external HR branding.
• Designing and developing creative HR materials such as onboarding documents, performance review templates, and other HR-related forms.
• Creating and maintaining visual elements for company identity (e.g., HR-related presentations, event branding, etc.).
• Collaborating with the marketing team on internal campaigns, employee engagement projects, and other creative HR initiatives.
• Designing creative elements that enhance employee experience and company culture, such as welcome packages, event materials, and other visually appealing HR resources.
Requirements:
• Experience as an HR Manager (preferably in the gambling industry) for at least 6 months.
• Knowledge and ability to conduct various HR processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (knowledge of other languages will be a plus).
• High level of communication skills.
