Business Transformation Manager

Job Title: Business Transformation Lead – Supply Chain Management

Role Summary:

The Business Transformation Lead will drive strategic transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Deliver (S2D) value chain. This role requires deep domain expertise in supply chain operations and a strong grasp of enabling technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics. The individual will act as a process architect and transformation partner, modernizing supply chains to improve service levels, cost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Conduct as-is process assessments across demand planning, procurement, production, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using structured analysis and process mining.
• Design future-state supply chain models leveraging digital platforms and advanced technologies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to align processes with tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Coupa).
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business and sustainability goals.
• Build use cases and business cases for AI adoption (e.g., demand sensing, predictive inventory optimization).
• Define supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, cost-to-serve, forecast accuracy) and governance structures.
• Facilitate change management and enablement sessions across supply chain, procurement, and operations.
• Support sales and pre-sales teams with solutioning, effort estimation, and proposals.

• Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Coupa.
• Awareness of RPA, IoT, blockchain, predictive analytics, AI/ML.
• Exposure to process mining, digital twins, and visibility tools (e.g., Celonis, o9 Solutions, Project44).
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and logistics systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Tableau.
