We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Python Developer to join our newly formed development team. You will work under the guidance of senior developers to build, test, and maintain software applications that streamline our internal operations and improve our client services.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or a career-changer with a solid foundation in Python and a passion for building clean, efficient code.

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of Python-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Learn and integrate new technologies and frameworks as required by project needs.
  

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent practical training/bootcamp certification.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Python programming through academic projects, personal projects, or a portfolio (e.g., GitHub).
• Understanding of fundamental software development principles (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Exposure to a Python web framework such as Django or Flask.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
• An understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
