About The Role
As the support analyst you will work closely with development teams, business users, vendors and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, implement fixes, and manage application backends.
You will also;
- Create and maintain user and technical documentation for supported systems
- Keep the DevOps Lead informed of any operational activities that impact wider business systems.
- Keep track of change requests through the Change Advisory Board (CAB) or internal Comms for core IT teams or supported systems.
- Ensure all activities comply with Harrods security policies and meet relevant compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, PII)
The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning, particularly in .NET & Azure technologies, is essential, as is the ability to keep abreast of emerging technologies to enhance support practices. You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality applications continue to meet business needs and maintain optimal performance.
You will also have the following;
- Clear communication both written and verbal

- Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholder
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks on time
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
