You’re a Figma-fluent, conversion-minded designer with deep DTC experience and an eye for visual systems that convert. You understand how to translate brand identity into high-performing digital experiences—from landing pages to site updates to email graphics. You’ve either worked in-house at a fast-paced ecomm brand or supported dozens of them through agency work. If you’re obsessed with clean design, UX flows, and shipping assets that move the needle—you’ll thrive here.
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to lead the charge on visual design across our portfolio of DTC brands. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands show up digitally—from building high-converting landing pages in Figma to polishing site updates and brand assets that reflect our aesthetic and performance standards.
You’ll work cross-functionally with our Creative, Growth, and Ops teams, as well as external devs and creative contractors. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and can confidently balance brand and performance across multiple design asks.
- Design mobile-optimized landing pages and site sections in Figma for various DTC brands
- Translate brand voice and marketing goals into compelling visual layouts that convert
- Own end-to-end asset creation for digital campaigns (emails, paid ad visuals, promos, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative strategists, marketers, and developers to bring designs to life
- Contribute to and evolve brand guidelines across multiple brands
- Optimize designs based on performance data and user feedback
- Help improve internal design processes, templates, and systems
- Review and guide design work from junior team members or contractors
- Manage multiple design projects and timelines with speed and attention to detail
- You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth DTC environments
- You love bringing brands to life through thoughtful, conversion-driven design
- You’re fluent in Figma and deeply understand design systems and responsive layouts
- You think in terms of brand and business—your work looks great and performs even better
- You enjoy variety in your day—from landing pages to promo graphics to brand refreshes
- You struggle with ambiguity or moving quickly with limited direction
- You haven’t worked in DTC and don’t understand what makes a site convert
- You need a full-time developer on standby to make your designs work
- You only want to work on one brand or one kind of project
- You resist feedback or don’t like collaborating cross-functionally
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, working with DTC brands
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and mobile design
- Proven track record designing high-converting ecommerce landing pages and site elements
- Portfolio that shows a mix of strong visual identity work and performance marketing chops
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, particularly for ecommerce
- Experience working in fast-paced teams with quick feedback loops and changing priorities
- Ability to manage multiple design projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaborators
- Bonus: Familiarity with Klaviyo, Webflow, Shopify themes, or basic front-end concepts
