Für unseren Kunden , einen Hersteller von Maschinen und Werkzeugen, suchen wir ab sofort einen Android Entwickler (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung im Projekt. Das Projekt kann teilweise remote erbracht werden, ansonsten ist es vor Ort in Hagen.

Ziel des Projekts: Entwicklung einer Android-App zur Anbindung, Konfiguration und Darstellung von Bild- /Videodaten einer Infrarotkamera. Die App dient als mobiles Frontend für Live-Streaming und Bildverarbeitung sowie zur Verwaltung aufgezeichneter Inhalte.
Projektbeschreibung
Ziel des Projekts: Entwicklung einer Android-App zur Anbindung, Konfiguration und Darstellung von Bild- /Videodaten einer Infrarotkamera. Die App dient als mobiles Frontend für Live-Streaming und Bildverarbeitung sowie zur Verwaltung aufgezeichneter Inhalte.
- Initiales Konfigurieren und Aktivieren der Kamera über bereitgestellte SDKs.
- Kommunikation über Softwarebibliotheken.
- Verbindung per Hotspot durch Scannen eines QR-Codes auf dem Kameradisplay.
- Abfragen aktueller Bilder über eine REST-API.
- Live-Übertragung (Streaming) über die libVLC-Bibliothek.
- Nachbearbeitung von Bildern (z. B. Farbpalette ändern).
- Lokale Speicherung von Bildern und Videos (SQLite oder Room).
- Entwicklung einer benutzerfreundlichen Oberfläche zur Verwaltung von Kamera- und App-Einstellungen.
- Prüfen und Installieren neuer Firmware.
- Erstellung von Protokollen im PDF-Format.
- UI/UX: Modernes, responsives Design, z. B. nach Material Design.
- Erfahrung in der Android-Entwicklung (Kotlin oder Java).
- Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkkommunikation, REST-APIs und Videostreaming.
- Gute Kenntnisse mit GitHub
- Erfahrung mit libVLC und Custom SDKs von Drittherstellern ist nice to have
- Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf UX/UI.
