You. IT
You Will
- You and your team are responsible for the design, implementation and operation of digital products.
- You and your team implement user stories according to the "Definition of Done" in an agile team setup.
- You carry out structured analyses, discuss the architecture and ensure "clean code".
- You also implement non-functional requirements such as IT security, operability, stability, expandability, etc
- You support in the maintenance of the applications.
Technical Skills
- Successfully completed (business) computer science degree or comparable training/qualification.
- Several years of experience in OOP and responsive application development with Java (v17 and newer).
- Backend: Spring, SpringBoot, SpringData, Rest / HTTP Services, Junit / Mockito, Lombok, Java Data-Binding Frameworks (e.g. JPA, Hibernate, DBI), JDBC, SOAP, Gradle / Maven, Swagger / OpenAPI, JSON, CQRS / Event-Sourcing, H2, SQL, JCE / Bouncycastle.
- Knowledge of: Postgres, MongoDB, macOS, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Dynatrace
- DevOps: Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Testing: Very good knowledge of Unit Testing and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of current cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of test systems for web applications.
- Experience with SQL databases and PL/SQL language.
- Ideally, experience in using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana or Prometheus.
- Ideally, experience in the insurance field.
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery.
- Design Patterns, Clean Code & Security.
- Test Driven Development/Testing
- DevOps mindset (you build it, you run it; taking responsibility for your work).
- Knowledge of agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
- Toolset: Java & IntelliJ, Apache Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, PostgreSQL / AWS AuroraCloud, AWS, RDS, Camunda, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DbVisualizer, Jira , SonarQube , Confluence , Microsoft Teams.
English language skills at least C1
