Product Owner – Contract Position

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract

Rate: Competitive Daily Rate

Stelfox is partnering with a leading client in Dublin to find a talented Product Owner who’s passionate about delivering value through technology and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap with guidance from the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Prioritise and refine the product backlog to ensure a steady flow of “ready” stories for upcoming sprints.
• Partner with the development team to deliver high-value solutions and make real-time decisions on scope and requirements.
• Ensure the product delivers maximum value through a strong understanding of both technology and business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of the product and a basic understanding of the business or technology domain.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and make decisions with some guidance.
• A growth mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems.
