Business Product Team is seeking a senior candidate to join the team.

The candidate will join as Consumer Credit Product Manager who will be responsible for encompassing all tasks needed to envision, fund, develop, launch, and sustain viable service or product offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive branding/marketing strategies that result in successful products/brands
  • Provide ongoing analysis of the product in the marketplace
  • Benchmark and monitor of the market
  • Report competitor activity and plan development of future releases
  • Create and integrate product roadmaps into critical business strategies
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that the product supports overall company strategy and is compliant with legal and regulatory standards
  • Interact with external institutional counterparties (eg BoI, Assofin, etc)
  • Supervise together with the relevant control function the compliance of the product offer with the pro-tempore legislation in force
  • Monitor production quality and profitability and define and apply any necessary corrective measures, in agreement with the Coverage Structures


Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of banking regulations and credit granting processes
  • Project management skills and ability to collaborate with IT Dept ( OCS), risk e marketing
  • ESG and digital skills
  • Product processing knowledge (eg NPA)
  • Strong relational, interpersonal and communication skills, applicable across different organizational levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands
  • Advanced level y in English is requested
