Mechanical Engineer

We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and integration of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electro-optical surveillance systems. Our products are widely used across defense, security, civil, and industrial sectors worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components across a variety of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your innovation and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
Main Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and test mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements.
Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve product performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure successful project outcomes.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to assess the viability of proposed designs.
Prepare technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in engineering technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and finite element analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industry is considered an advantage.
Proficiency in Latvian and fluent English is required.
