Companial R&D team is looking for a Quality Assurance specialist to join a skilled team in Vilnius, Kaunas, or remote (within Lithuania). - Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are clearly described and reproducible
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and other QA documentation
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Creation and maintenance of automated tests using Postman and Playwright
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices
- Ability to create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans and test cases
- Ability to analyze requirements and independently identify test scenarios
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Postman)
- Familiarity with performance or security testing tools and concepts
- Experience working with Cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Monthly salary ranges from 2500 EUR – 4000 EUR gross (salary offer depends on candidate ‘s professional experience, knowledge and competencies)
