As a Loan Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, playing a vital role in servicing, analyzing, and managing loans for SMEs in the Lithuanian market.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process financing applications from businesses in Lithuania.
- Oversee the full cycle of financing projects—from application to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliates.
- Provide expert advice on alternative financing solutions to clients.
Apply if
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience in lending or financial analysis (preferred, but not required).
- Keen interest in alternative financing, financial analysis, and the business landscape in Lithuania.
- Fluency in Lithuanian.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
