What we can offer you
As an AI Engineer (all genders) - Full Stack with GenAI and Chatbot/Voicebot Expertise, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of our AI-powered solutions and accompanying implementations with customers, partners and NFON internally as technical expert.
The work you‘ll do
- Develop and implement full-stack applications using Generative AI (GenAI) and chatbot/voicebot technologies
- Support our customers and partners during the implementation of our solutions
- Analyze and provide feedback from implementation experiences to develop best practices and continuously feed them into our development roadmap and backlog
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs and deliver innovative features
The qualifications you need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Experience in full-stack development as well as in-depth knowledge of Generative AI and chatbot/voicebot technologies
- Hands-on experience working with customers and partners, ideally in technical implementation and support.
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, along with experience in modern AI frameworks.
- A solution-oriented, independent work style paired with teamwork and strong communication skills
