We are looking for Designers / Art Directors for our team that works to innovate and personalize all digital communication campaigns.
We expect the future colleague to have at least 4 years of experience in this field, know how online works (both traditional and AI-driven) and be willing to learn and assimilate the latest information!
The Role is based in Bucharest, Romania office.
Omniperform does not offer relocation support for now.
Organizational Relations
Reporting to: Creative Manager;
Scope of the role:
- Create, generate, and maintain interactive online material, such as social media posts, promotional artwork, digital ads, email templates, short animations, and video montages;
- Iterate new designs based on user feedback;
- Make ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand's image while also satisfying usability and website requirements;
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events;
- Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience;
- Proven digital content skills;
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to highlight experience and creativity;
- Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
- Base knowledge of video and animation software like Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects;
- Base knowledge of UI/UX is a plus;
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects;
- A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
