Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of key initiatives in any of our countries. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the end-to-end management of product solutions from concept to commercial launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, launching customer-centric solutions that bring financial value and meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions.
- Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from concept development to ready-for-commercial-launch, working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate efforts across Business Units, Group functions, and regional teams to secure a smooth launch of new product solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that all functional deliverables are aligned, driving towards successful market launch and financial benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Nexi to drive product success and market alignment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of initiatives.
- Support the governance process to ensure estimations, benefits cases and the governance process is followed to enable funding release from Nexi Finance.
- Proven experience in project delivery with a customer success focus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various business units, countries and delivery functions
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading initiatives from concept to commercial launch.
- Good understanding of the payments industry or similar.
- Fluency in English; as well proficiency in German or Italian is a major plus.
