We are now seeking highly skilled Senior Project Managers with strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management to join our team.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead our clients through our 3-phase model, Connect, Define and Implement. You will play a critical role in our PLM Programs and projects with where you will work on strategic, tactical and operational level, managing business requirements, specifications, plans, resources and risks.

You will also act as a PLM Expert in one or more capability areas – for example Portfolio Management, MBSE, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or Service – advising clients on how to build PLM Capabilities and optimize their PLM processes for building todays and the next generation products.

The Right Candidate

We believe you have a solid and practical understanding of Product Lifecycle Management, including industry standards, PLM platforms, and new enabling technologies. You’ve been involved in several PLM implementations and know how to connect the dots between business needs, technical solutions, and product sustainability.

Your main responsibilities as Senior Project Manager includes:

  • Leading PLM programs and projects using our Connect–Define–Implement model
  • Building strong relationships with multinational clients across Northern Europe
  • Advising on PLM strategies that drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability
  • Translating business needs into clear plans, solutions, and results
  • Acting as a PLM expert in areas like Portfolio Management, MBSE, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or Service
  • Sharing your expertise while continuously learning and shaping the future of PLM

We also believe that you have:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering or related field
  • Several years of experience in leading PLM projects or programs
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one major PLM platform (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill)
  • Strong understanding of one or more PLM capability areas (MBSE, Design, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to inspire and guide people – both clients and team members


We are building a strong foundation for New Core, this is why every new team member is extremely important to us. Given that you have a strong foundation in the required skills and characteristics, we believe that you can hit the ground running together with our clients on complex projects, but in the end, we hire personalities and not CVs.


A few fun facts:

This is a full-time position based in your preferred location in Sweden. You will be hired as a Change Management Consultant and operate as a Change Manager in our client projects. Most of the New Core team is based in Stockholm, you will be finding us at Norrsken House on Birger Jarlsgatan twice a week.

If you are not based in Stockholm, you will travel to our beautiful capital a couple of times every month. This position may require some travels to our clients who are based both in Sweden and in other counties in Europe. Some trips abroad may occur depending on the clients’ demands.
