You will join a high-velocity marketing & growth team where your decisions will directly impact revenue, scaling, and brand reach across Europe.



What You’ll Own


You will be responsible for all paid performance marketing at Seatchamp. We give you the freedom to own paid performance from ideation to execution.


  • Lead and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (FB, Instagram) — optimization, scaling etc.
  • Expand to new platforms (e.g. TikTok)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize by key metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, attribution, in cooperation with other specialists.
  • Design, execute, and analyze cross-channel experiments to diversify acquisition sources.
  • Develop current data management and analytics: improve dashboards, reporting, and insight systems to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Development to align growth levers and new initiatives.
  • Drive automation: scripts, APIs, bidding algorithms, rules, or tool integrations to scale performance.
  • Own budget allocation, pacing, forecasts, and channel investment planning.
  • Mentor junior teammates/ interns or coordinate with external specialist(s).



What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta) in a performance-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving scalable ROAS / profitability while growing volume.
  • Strong analytical skills: confident working with data, attribution, segmentation, cohort analysis.
  • Comfortable with experimentation: A/B tests, creative tests, targeting strategies, bidding strategies.
  • Technical mindset: experience with scripts, APIs, tracking setup (pixel, GTM, tags), data integration.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally — independent, proactive, result-oriented.
  • Experience in international / multi-market campaigns is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Hands-on and able to work in a dynamic environment.
