Requirements

• Education: MS/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or a similar field​.
• Team Player: Lifelong learner with a customer-first mindset and an innovative approach.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong portfolio of released applications.​
• Tangible Skills: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, OOP, design patterns and principles, clean code, refactoring, unit and integration testing.
• Database: Experience with Relational/Non-relational databases(Oracle, Redis, etc.).
• Messaging Patterns: Experience with messaging patterns and message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
• CI/CD Experience: Proficient in Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, and version control (Git), with knowledge of Atlassian tools.
• Agile Mindset: Agile-minded team player with strong communication skills.
• Integration & Performance: Strong skills in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Preferred: Knowledge of containerized architecture, microservices architecture, distributed systems, cloud-based solutions, and AI-powered tools for coding.
