We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with expertise in migrating repositories and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

You will play a key role in transitioning our Insurance account repositories from Atlassian Bamboo to GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our development workflows. Responsibilities

• Migrate repositories from Atlassian Bamboo to GitHub Actions maintaining full functionality
• Verify and troubleshoot integrations connected to git repositories including CI/CD and cloud deployments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to streamline workflows
• Ensure the security and efficiency of pipeline implementations following best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate services and coordinate deployments
• Communicate migration progress and issues clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Document migration processes and pipeline configurations for future reference
• Identify and resolve issues arising during and after migration to prevent data loss
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for deployment processes and infrastructure
• Monitor pipeline performance and implement optimizations as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering with at least 2 years in related roles
• Strong background in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and implementation within AWS environments
• Experience working with Atlassian Bamboo and familiarity with migration strategies
• Skills in containerization technologies such as Docker
• Competency in programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues promptly
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to have

• Experience in Bamboo Specs for repository configurations
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) for infrastructure management
