We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can collaborate with our engineering teams located in Poland and stakeholders to develop products that effectively address market and business needs.

About The Role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will:

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to collect and analyze requirements.
• Request Management: Understand the business objectives, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with customers to understand their business needs to evaluate the effort and impact required for implementation.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, and milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Objective Setting and Achievement: Define and monitor project objectives to align with organizational goals (OKRs).
  
  

The Following Skills Will Be Crucial

• Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in technology-powered products as either a technical product manager, business analyst, team/tech lead, data analyst, sales engineer, or data scientist.
• Educational Background: Formal education in Computer Science or related, technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, knowledge of IT technologies, and a solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, JavaScript, cookies, databases).
• Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Strong problem-solving skills and risk assessment abilities.
• Interpersonal and Engagement Skills: Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Language skills: Polish (C1), English (B2).
• Project Management Expertise: Strong organizational and proactive attitude.
