Your Mission

The AI & Data Analytics Team is looking for a Data Scientist. As a key member of the team, your mission is to put science into decision making.


Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role entails, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize domain use cases for customer engagement and monetization.
  • Developing novel research to draw conclusions from data and directly influence development.
  • Design, analysis, and execution of solution prototypes within your domain assignments.
  • Providing technical leadership to other data scientists with a wide range of backgrounds through code reviews.
  • Understanding stakeholders’ needs and educating partners on the data and technology advantages.
  • Democratization of learning by sharing knowledge through internal repositories, workshops and other events.
  • Evangelization of our data science practice within the company to increase research utilization and recruit new talent.


Top Performers will be able to demonstrate:

  • Solid intuition when choosing the right ML/AI approaches to the problems given.
  • Ability to influence non-technical peers and leadership to deliver substantive change.
  • Measurable consumer and revenue impact through analyses, statistical models or products built.
  • Qualitative and quantitative deduction from experimentation that leads to product optimization.
