Information Technology Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, information security, SharePoint administration, office security systems, IP telephony, and website management. They will ensure data redundancy, security, and smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Azure platform, including monitoring, provisioning, and security configurations.
• Administer SharePoint sites and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
• Manage office IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, network devices, and IP telephony systems.
• Oversee information security and implement policies to safeguard company data.
• Ensure data redundancy, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and functioning.
• Manage office security and surveillance systems, ensuring proper functioning and compliance.
• Handle website management, including content updates, security, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with IT-related queries.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT administration.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and SharePoint administration.
• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices.
• Experience in IP telephony systems, office security, and surveillance management.
• Understanding of website management and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with data redundancy, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
