About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in Fire & Rescue Equipment sales and established relationships with end-users in the Abu Dhabi oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business, and maintaining strong client relationships with major oil & gas companies, EPCs, civil defense, and government authorities.
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives in the Abu Dhabi region.
Identify and pursue business opportunities with oil & gas companies, refineries, EPC contractors, civil defense, and emergency response agencies.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers in target sectors.
Present, promote, and sell fire & rescue products including (but not limited to):
Firefighting PPE
Fire suppression systems
Rescue tools and equipment
Breathing apparatus (SCBA)
Emergency response vehicles
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Track tender opportunities and work with the team to submit winning proposals.
Stay up to date with local regulations, certifications, and civil defense requirements.
Report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Required Skills: Proven experience (2+ years) in sales of fire & rescue or industrial safety equipment.
Strong network with end-users in Abu Dhabi, particularly in the oil & gas sector.
Existing relationships with procurement officers, HSSE managers, or technical buyers in relevant industries.
Understanding of UAE Civil Defense approvals and regulatory landscape.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Background in firefighting or emergency response is a plus.
