Title: Founding Tech Lead (AI & Full-Stack)

Even in a world overflowing with content, therapy, and tools, most people still don’t understand their own emotional and behavioural patterns.

We’re building an AI-native system for self-understanding — technology that helps people see themselves clearly, grow deliberately, and connect better. The opportunity is massive: to build a new category of human-centred technology.

You’ll be the first engineer and system architect, turning concept into code and research into product.

No inherited roadmap — you’ll design it from first principles.

You will:

• Architect the core: Own infrastructure decisions
• Design AI systems: Blend LLMs, RAG, and feedback loops into a continuously learning Copilot.
• Ship fast: Prototype → private beta → live product — with a bias toward learning velocity.
• Shape culture: Set technical standards and hire the first team once we raise.

You bring:

• 7-10 years shipping AI-enabled or full-stack products end-to-end.
• Fluency in LLM APIs, vector DBs, LangChain / LangGraph or similar orchestration.
• Systems-level thinking + strong product taste.
• Comfort with uncertainty and self-direction.
• A real interest in human psychology or behavioural design.

Nice-to-haves → experience with adaptive systems, psychometrics, or early-stage founding.

• Founding-Level Equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff).
