The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy, planning, and delivery of Livingston’s core lines of services and related digital products throughout the product lifecycle. That includes identifying customer needs, helping the business to build the right products and service offerings, and then supporting the commercial group to sell them. Key responsibilities include analytics required for business case development and to measure commercial success. Working closely with sales, product development and marketing communications team members to ensure requirements are well defined, the pricing strategy is established, the marketing communication plan is executed, and the product/service is launched internally and externally.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to)

  • Understand the strategic pillars driving growth and effectively analyze complex problems.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy for the development of new Livingston services.
  • Own the product/service roadmap and execute the product strategy.
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get new service offerings to market.
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success – owns the business case.
  • Analyze market trends, macro-economic data, and competitive environment to provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
  • Provide product marketing with insights into key differentiators and messages.
  • Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with any questions they may have.
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products and services, including research and discovery of customer needs, customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
