About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and versatile UI/UX Designer to join our team. You’ll turn product specs into polished, user-friendly interfaces, and also create visual assets for campaigns and growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both product design and creative visual storytelling in a fast-moving DeFi environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate product UI/UX flows in Figma based on product specs and feedback.
• Translate complex DeFi concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Create visual assets (posters, graphics, and growth materials) for campaigns and announcements.
• Maintain design consistency across product, marketing, and brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to refine and ship high-quality work.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and strong grasp of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, visual balance, hierarchy, and clarity.
• Basic graphic design and layout skills.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator (written and verbal).
• Ability to work quickly and iteratively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for DeFi or financial products.
• Familiarity with Figma design systems and component libraries.
• Motion/animation skills for enhancing marketing and social visuals.
