Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) to solve complex real-world problems.
  • Design and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance decision-making and automate workflows.
  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve information retrieval and contextual understanding.
  • Create and manage agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform AI model development.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning algorithms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools for scalable AI deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex, unstructured problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
