Our client is a multi billion dollar company who has heavy investment in AI and Data. f As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Head of AI / AI Director | VP of AI to join their company.

About the job

• Develop and execute a long-term AI vision and strategy that aligns with our corporate goals, identifying new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Harness our global data lake to build and scale the next generation of predictive AI/ML models for the company.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of AI / machine learning engineers and data scientists and Engineers
• Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning (RL​), and ethical AI principles.
• Manage the entire AI project lifecycle, from conceptualization and proof-of-concept (PoC) to productionalization and continuous improvement of models and systems.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify high-impact business problems and integrate AI solutions into our core offerings.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in AI or Advanced analytics / Data science. Proven experience in delivering solution using AI/ML is required for this role. At least 5 years of experience managing a team is required for this role.

Engagement with senior business stakeholders is required for this role.
