Our Client
Our client is a well-established professional services firm with a strong reputation and growing regional presence. Known for their commitment to excellence and a high-performing culture, they are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist to join their Singapore office.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function and driving core people initiatives across the business. This role will have a strong focus on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and the development of HR policies and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from engaging hiring managers and sourcing candidates, to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
In addition, this individual will be tasked with reviewing and establishing HR policies and standard operating procedures that align with best practices and comply with local employment regulations. They will be involved in all aspects of the employee experience, including onboarding, offboarding, performance review coordination, and employee engagement efforts. The HR Generalist will also provide support in operational areas such as payroll inputs, HRIS updates, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws. There will also be opportunities to contribute to broader HR projects, including internal audits, compensation reviews, and organisational development initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a human resources generalist role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment and setting up HR processes and policies is essential. A strong working knowledge of Singapore's employment legislation and HR compliance requirements is also required.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical, as this role involves close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be advantageous.
