- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and leader. You will partner with the Engineering, Product, Legal, Policy and Scaled Operations teams to drive operational performance and lower abuse rates. You will enable effectiveness and efficiency by driving intent and execution excellence to deliver cross-functional initiatives at scale and handle abuse and fraud cases at Google speed.At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Work with large and unstructured data sets to get subjective insights from our vast data sources and develop solutions for scalable enforcement on non-compliant inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Sales and Policy to update policies, fix product vulnerabilities and provide a safe online experience for our users.
- Build and evaluate models that automate decision-making. Enhance our operational workflows, tools and systems via data analysis, technical expertise, and efficient process improvements.
- Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage/holidays.
