As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Customer, a Global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. You will bring experience from high volume recruitments, knowledge of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is accountable for:
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to drive successful hires.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Support candidate travel arrangements.
- Participate in EMEA-wide projects with KellyOCG and our client.
- Contribute to team KPIs and support recruiter success.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative support. Previous experience in a recruiting environment is a plus.
- Exceptional planning, prioritization and time management skills.
- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment CRMs, experience using Workday is ideal.
- Customer-centric approach with a proven track record of excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.
This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
