In this unique role, you’ll partner with a fast-growing portfolio of clients — championing their vision, driving performance, and creating seamless experiences that deliver measurable growth. You thrive on problem-solving, crafting creative and insight-driven SEO strategies that connect data, category trends, and customer behaviour.
Working alongside our Directors, SEO Specialists, and the Head of SEO, you’ll design and run high-impact campaigns using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Looker Studio. Your expertise will uncover opportunities, optimise performance, and help redefine what owned media marketing can achieve.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client partnerships as the main contact and escalation point
- Take and refine briefs to ensure clarity and alignment
- Understand client goals and challenges, aligning strategies to their vision of success
- Lead strategic presentations and define channel roles within the media mix
- Deliver campaigns that meet KPIs and achieve high client satisfaction
- Set clear agendas and outcomes for all client meetings
- Maintain profitability through accurate scoping, budgeting, and invoicing
- Support business development through research, proposals, and pitches
- Optimise team structure and workflow across client accounts
- Report regularly on client performance and team outputs
- Collaborate with channel leads for consistency and quality of work
- Contribute actively to Impressive’s culture and team initiatives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
About You
- Extensive and diverse experience in digital marketing, client management and leadership roles.
- Proficient in G-Suite programs, as well as SEO and analytics tools including SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4 with the ability to communicate best practices and gain buy-in for recommendations.
- Proactive nature and ability to get the job done with initiative
- Highly organised and results-focused, with experience developing processes to boost productivity, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Brings a growth mindset, analytical approach, and strong problem-solving skills, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
