About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-stream IT projects that drive strategic business outcomes. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in project governance, vendor management, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects across scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations at the program level.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, risk management frameworks, and IT governance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Produce executive-level documentation and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO frameworks and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
  • Additional certifications such as PMP or Agile (Scrum, SAFe) are highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor governance, contract management, and procurement.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
  • High-level proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
