They are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join their dynamic team. As a senior reporting specialist, work closely with teams, to design and deliver actionable insights through Power BI and other analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Play a key role in translating complex customer and billing data into intuitive dashboards and insights that drive improvements in customer engagement, satisfaction, and service delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define reporting needs that support customer-focused strategies and operational goals.
• Design and deliver intuitive, self-service Power BI dashboards that surface insights into customer journeys, billing trends, case resolution performance, and revenue outcomes.
• Build and maintain robust Power BI data models, using DAX and Power Query, integrating data from platforms like Salesforce, billing systems, and the Azure Data Platform.
• Identify and present trends, anomalies, churn indicators, and customer behaviour insights to influence business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a bridge between business teams and enterprise data engineering teams to ensure data products are reliable, fit-for-purpose, and well-governed.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reusable and reliable data assets.
• Support dashboard development, reporting, and analytics in partnership with process owners and business SMEs.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the enterprise data strategy, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and data governance standards.
• Manage releases, deployments, and BAU support for analytics platforms, while providing advanced troubleshooting and Level 3 support.
• Foster strong relationships across business and IT teams to drive data adoption, upskill users, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, analytics development, or enterprise data platforms.
• Proven expertise in Azure databricks and ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience in Data architecture, dimensional modelling, and CI/CD practices for data delivery.
• Strong understanding of Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard/report design).
• Building Enterprise grade self service dashboards.
• Excellent data visualization skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX for creating complex calculations and measures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
