Role

Own the tech vision and execution from Day 0 to Tehnopol AI Accelerator (https://www.startupincubator.ee/aikiirendi) demo day and beyond.

You’ll architect the platform, ship the MVP, and build a lean engineering team.

What you could do

• Lead product/tech roadmap and ship a lovable MVP fast.
• Design architecture (secure, multi-tenant, API-first; AI agents for quoting and workflow automation).
• Integrate payments, e-sign, CRM, and data pipelines; establish observability and CI/CD.
• Recruit and mentor early engineers; drive quality, velocity, and unit economics.

What we are looking for

• Senior/full-stack or platform engineer who’s led v1→vN in a startup.
• Practical AI/agents experience (LLM-ops, retrieval, function calling, workflow tools).
• Strong with modern web stacks (e.g., TypeScript/Node/Next.js, Postgres, GraphQL/REST, Docker/K8s).
• Product sense, security/privacy mindset, and love for shipping.
• Bonus: fintech/logistics integrations, e-signature/payments, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), n8n/MindStudio etc.
