A new mobile games studio is looking for experienced Unity Developers to join the core team in building new mobile games (casual/mid-core genre).

The team is currently 2 founders: CPO + CTO (ex-employees of a well-known Berlin game studio), 1 artist, 2 Unity Developers, 1 Game Designer, and they’re looking to hire a Senior Unity Developer to work on a new project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and iterate on mobile game prototypes in Unity, from concept to playable versions
• Own all technical decisions and implementation details of the prototyping process
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and boost creativity
• Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team to bring new game ideas to life
• Help shape the future prototyping division, with potential to grow into a lead role

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience with Unity and C#, including at least one shipped mobile title
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of entire projects
• Comfortable prototyping a wide range of mechanics and systems
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in game development workflows
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
