This position is located in Bucharest, Romania.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach Lead (m/f/d) to guide and accelerate our enterprise-wide Agile transformation. In this senior role, you will work closely with, leaders, and teams to embed Agile ways of working, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and enable business agility at scale.

As the Agile Coach Lead (m/f/d), you will provide strategic direction, mentor a community of coaches, and ensure the adoption of effective, sustainable Agile practices that deliver measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership


  • Define and drive the organization’s Agile transformation roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
  • Partner with leaders to shape vision, culture, and ways of working across the enterprise.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, change management, and scaling approaches.


Coaching and Mentorship


  • Provide targeted coaching to leaders, managers, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and teams.
  • Develop and mentor a community of Agile Coaches to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Promote Agile leadership practices across all levels.


Scaling and Delivery Enablement


  • Guide the adoption of scaling frameworks where relevant.
  • Support alignment and collaboration across multiple teams and business units.
  • Establish structures that balance agility with compliance, risk, and governance requirements.


Continuous Improvement and Metrics


  • Define and track enterprise-level metrics to measure value delivery, flow, and predictability.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, assess transformation progress, and inform decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement .


Community Building


  • Establish and lead an Agile Center of Excellence or equivalent community.
  • Design and deliver workshops, training, and learning programs to strengthen Agile maturity.
  • Represent the organization in external Agile networks and forums to share knowledge and bring in best practices.

Required Qualifications:


  • Significant experience as a Senior Agile Coach or Agile Coach Lead, with a proven track record of leading Agile transformations in complex organizations .
  • Deep expertise in Agile frameworks and their practical application.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior executives and leadership teams .
  • Strong background in organizational change, systems thinking, and business agility .
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building and leading teams of Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, or change agents .
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable business outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in distributed, or large-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and modern product development practices.
  • Background in leadership coaching, organizational psychology, or related fields.
