YOUR TASKS

We are looking for someone to join our team in the Project Management Office.


Your Tasks Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Support the PMO Lead in the coordination and oversight of the disciplines:
  • Cost Management, Order Management, Risk Management, Schedule Management and Quality Management
  • Act as deputy and sparring partner to the PMO Lead in day-to-day operations and strategic planning
  • Assist in leading and coordinating the Project Assistant team
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of high-level project meetings with various stakeholders
  • Take over coordination tasks related to stakeholder contracts, where the PMO Lead acts as main interface
  • Prepare management-ready presentations, reports and project updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive alignment and communication between sub-disciplines, ensuring efficient information flow
  • Support with ad-hoc project management topics and represent the PMO Lead in selected forums when needed


Requirements & Your Expertise

  • Degree in business administration, or comparable qualification (or relevant practical experience).
  • Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent language skills in both German and English (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support cross-functional departments.
  • Interest in renewable energy, offshore wind, or transmission markets.
  • Successful candidate must have eligibility to work in the EU, along with the outlined qualifications
