Bruin are partnering with a global investment management company in Dublin. Due to company growth and expansion, they are recruiting a Project Manager - Systems Change to deliver impactful transformation projects that improve systems and processes across the business.

As a Project Manager – Systems Change, you’ll play a central role in shaping the organisation’s future. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at every level of seniority, oversee delivery of critical initiatives, and ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.

The Project Manager - Systems Change will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Lead the delivery of projects or workstreams within larger change programmes.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Provide guidance on best practices, drawing on your project management expertise.
• Communicate progress and risks effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve project risks or blockers.
• Collaborate and influence across teams to keep projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Support additional initiatives and contribute to wider departmental change projects.

The successful Project Manager - Systems Change will meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience working on system changes within a fund administrator or investment manager
• Minimum 4 years' experience working within fund administration / investment management.
• Experience running a project from start to end.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience.
