Product Support Fullstack Developer
The Support Fullstack Developer works on ongoing support tasks, estimates sprint tasks, resolves defects, and troubleshoots issues. The role also includes maintaining code quality, and ensuring timely task completion. The developer should have a strong ability to work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. In addition to technical skills, the developer must demonstrate strong personal productivity, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills.

Product Support Fullstack Developer

What You’ll Do
- Maintain the quality of source code, whether writing or reviewing it
- Deliver assigned tasks on time and in whole, following both Agile sprint timelines and established SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Responsible for the resolution of production issues and providing precise, efficient fixes.
- Provide accurate task estimations during sprint planning sessions
- Actively participate in support planning and Agile practice such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Follow the defined software development lifecycle and Agile processes
- Maintain personal JIRA discipline by updating tasks promptly and accurately
- Suggest improvements for the support process, software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and QA
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that Agile practices, including regular sprints and incremental development, are followed efficiently
- 3+ years of experience in Frontend and Backend development
- Good knowledge of SQL (MSSQL)
- Good understanding of PHP and Laravel framework
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Good knowledge of JavaScript: NodeJS and Fronten
- dExperience working with frameworks: React, Angular, Backbon
- eExperience working with AW
- SExperience working in Agile teams, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective
- sFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint-based task estimation, backlog grooming, and continuous integratio
- nBe client-oriented and business-oriented, able to convert business needs into effective technical solution
- sExperience working in SaaS environment
- sAt least an Intermediate Level of Englis
