We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all manufactured and purchased components meet our company's quality and compliance standards. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining product excellence, improving quality systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on manufactured and purchased components to verify compliance with company and industry standards.
- Identify, document, and resolve non-conformities within defined timeframes.
- Lead and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), ensuring accurate documentation of results.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
- Propose and implement enhancements to quality control processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards, certifications, and internal policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Drive, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
