During the initial training phase, we prefer candidates to work from the Riga office to ensure a smooth onboarding process. After training, the work arrangement can be adjusted to suit the candidate’s preference, blending on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate support.
- Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel-related questions, bookings, changes, cancellations, and general information.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Provide clear guidance and explanations regarding travel services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Continuously learn about travel destinations, company services, and best practices.
- Adapt to a flexible working schedule and communicate effectively with your manager regarding work setup preferences.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Danish (C1+) — excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a hybrid work setup.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences.
